The problem
A team orders twenty hoodies. Someone collects sizes in a group chat, transcribes them into a spreadsheet, chases the four people who didn't reply, then reads the spreadsheet back to the shop over the phone. The shop retypes it into a production sheet. Every step is a chance to get someone's size wrong.
What I built
The organiser creates a group order and shares one link. Each participant opens it, picks their own size and design variant, and is recorded directly against the order — no transcription step exists.
The organiser then manages a single consolidated invoice, and the shop gets production sheets generated from the same data the participants entered themselves.
